Throughout the past 14 years of doing renovations, our company, as well as our team has grown a lot. We have had many ups and downs, but the one thing that remained was our customer satisfaction. We strive for professionalism and perfectionism in everything we do. From the large kitchen and bath remodels to the installation of flooring, we make sure to give the customer 100%; building their trust throughout their renovation is key. We are in constant communication with our clients so they are always up to date and informed. One of the biggest things we have learned is it’s better to over-communicate than to under-communicate. We have learned to always have a plan B if anything unexpected happens. It’s better to plan for it than to be surprised. We have also learned that cheaper is not always better. We use quality materials to make sure long-lasting results. Another thing we have learned is that phone calls are better than emails. You get more accomplished that way, you can show emotion, and it’s just more professional. One last thing we have learned is not to rush through projects. If things are done right and efficiently the first time, then you don’t have to waste any time doing it again. I hope you have enjoyed reading our blog about our learning experiences. Stay tuned for more blogs and photos of our projects!
