Days Home Solutions is based in Longwood, FL. We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving central Florida since 2004. As a fully licensed and already established construction company. We provide excellent quality and service to any sized projects. Whether residential or commercial, no job is too big or too small. We understand the importance of helping customers design any addition, remodel or repair from ground up and start to finish.

All Positions require:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
We are a drug free workplace. Drug tests are required for all employees.
Our hours of operation are 5 days a week Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 11:00am with an hour lunch.
Positions
- Meet with homeowners to assess renovation needs
- Provide detailed proposals and estimates for remodeling projects
- Educate clients on materials, design options, and timelines
- Manage leads, follow up, and close sales (own every lead from start to finish)
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams
- Use CRM software to track sales activity and customer communications. Keep it updated
Pay: $25 – $30 per hour depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time
Experienced Carpenter is a self-motivated and physically demanding position. Every project requires problem solving and skillful workers. Days Home Solutions takes great pride in the quality of their work and excellent customer service. This position requires punctual and reliable workers. Each project is deployed with quality craftsmanship to meet all the customers expectations.
Position Expectations and Responsibilities
- Carpentry with 5 years of experience
- Have own tools
- Self motivated
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to communicate with team members and customers
- Produce quality work in a timely manner
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Install cabinets and molding
- Have home and business remodeling experience
- Experience with construction materials (ex: Drywall, wood, fasteners, etc…)
- Knowledge of tools and how to properly and safely operate them
- Work and understand blueprints or instructions from supervisors
- Install partition, doors and windows
- Repair and replace interior and exterior wall finishes (ex: stucco, drywall texture, paint, etc…)
- Accurately measure and able to calculate surface area
- Use a level, ruler, framing square with accuracy
- Ensure if installation is level and secure
- Safely work with ladders and scaffolding
- Check and ensure work is up to code and specifications
- Create structures for pouring concrete
- Replace panes of glass, ceiling tiles and doors
- Safely demo and remove previous existing structure
